A Quarter Century

I'm going to be a quarter century, or in other word going to be 25 in few more days. It sounds so old, isn't it? Like what my cousin said, we can't say that we are early twenties anymore, we are MID twenties. Oh God, I really feel old now, soon, I will become late twenties, thirties etc.

What has changed in me being 25 years old? I think I have changed a lot. I'm not the girl who believes in fairytale anymore, I'm not the girl who has a very straight and simple thinking anymore. The days being a teenager, following news about boybands, secretly have a crush on somebody and dreaming about the future have long been over. I grow to be more skeptical and realistic (Is one of the factors because I'm studying finance now?). Future is not a dream anymore, it has to be realistic and concrete goals to be achieved. My time is not to be wasted anymore, it has to be invested wisely towards my goals. There is no more room to think "When I grow up, I want to do xxx, yyy, zzz". I'm here at the so-called "when I grow-up". Life is tough, but I'm not going to give up, never!
