Two Things Learnt

I am currently watching a Taiwanese drama and there is this thing that the main character said. Most of the people in the world spend their time waiting, from small waiting like waiting for bus, waiting for somebody to pick them up to big waiting like waiting to grow up, waiting for right opportunity, waiting for a change and tons of other waiting. Indeed, it's true. We all want things to be better in life, but most of us don't do anything to change things to be better. All we do is just waiting for change to happen. The truth is nothing is going to change in our lives if we never initiate it.

The second thing I learnt recently is to stay positive when negative things happen in your life. Recently, my company moved my whole team to Serangoon Industrial Park office. Transportation there is not convenient at all, it's far from my current house and the list goes on. I used to be unhappy with the decision. But then, after 2 days here, I realize one thing. Being unhappy and keep looking at all the negative things will just make my life more miserable, yet it won't change the decision that I have to work from here. Keeping the positive attitude, behave professionally and adapt well here apparently help me and the whole team more. There is one more sentence here which I am not going to write now, but one day...
